too much?

I love that I can finally wear a jacket. I am always hot so it takes quite the chill to get me to bundle up. Joy
I have had a few words and ideas floating around in my mind the last few days, and I finally got a chance to hammer them out. Thank you for indulging me.
(for best results, read aloud. or at least mouth the words)
Weather
Sometimes I look at you, and fleetingly wonder why I chose you.
Sometimes you look at me, and I wonder if you wonder why you chose me.
Others I look at you and I think I know you do.
Often our angry words are hot and dry on my skin,
a desert sun of hurt.
The concentration of the sun through the glass hits a spot, just one
to warm and warm and burn.
The unspoken arguments in our minds.
Sometimes I look at you and wonder if you wonder why you chose me.
Others, I look at you and know why I chose you.
They are all in the same moment.
The cool breeze on my face that lets me breath and laugh
comes from your chest.
It is the sad that turns to smiling as I realize I take myself all too seriously,
that waters my ground and rains on my shoulders and falls softly to fill my puddles.
It is all because of you.
The storm of absolute adoration and admiration and fanaticism,
with clouds of large proportion and grayness, full of truth and real life.
Lightening rolled with its loud sounds charged by the promise of eternity.
Inspired by you.
The clouds will always dilute the sun.
Heat lost in the cold rain, diffused.
I chose you.
I love your weather.
(jeff doesn't know I exploit him like this till after its done... don't judge him)
(jeff also says to make sure people know he is not verbally abusive. he's not. honest.)

isn't it funny how inflections on different words can completely change their meanings, especially in poetry?

i'm glad that jeff isn't verbally abusive, but he sure looks like he would be.

that was a joke.
