I added some hot sauce, in addition to the hot and spicy V8... [some like it hot]. I also wilted in some kale, to make myself feel better about the yummy starchy potatoes and the delish carby bread. Perhaps the o.g. recipe is perfect the way it is, but all in all it was a good meal.
too bad you guys couldn't sample it, kays...

A tip: not only is it more tasty to leave the skins on the spuds and easier to prepare, but it lowers the potatoes' glycemic index, which makes the starches less available to be quickly absorbed into your blood. The net result is a healthier potato. If you're gonna leave the skins on, I would suggest Yukon gold or red potatoes. You're welcome.
