suggestions?

circle of friends
I need some ideas.
what are some of your favorite "summer fun foods" ?
easy tips, snacks, recipes, beverages, twists, suggestions. all would be much appreciated.
(I am helping with a church activity and I need a little help)

ch-ch-ch-chelsea-

I just posted a delicious strawberry spinach salad recipe. Not sure if it's considered a "fun food" but it's summery... and really yummy.

oh chels... this one is kinda a white trash pie, but it's super easy and delicious, and some may even say it's fun... but that's up for debate.

you take a container of cool whip and mix in a large box of jello and a container of yogurt. make sure the flavor of jello and yogurt match. like if you want a strawberry pie, use strawberry jello and yogurt. you get it...
anyways. whip that stuff together and then pour it into a graham cracker crust. put it in the fridge and let it chill.

it's yummy and light. i enjoy it.

Just pass out some Popsicles.

but really, you could do a fruit salsa with cinnamon sugar chips.
i think you just dice strawberries, apples, nectarines,(i don't know what else. but basically any fruit thats not going to fall apart) then you take tortillas and you cut then in to triangles, butter both sides and spread cinnamon and sugar on one side and bake them on a cookie sheet. and Wha-la... you are the coolest person in the ward.
